Matt was asked to join a team for the company he works for. They needed 3 to compete and they only had 2. Matt is a great runner, so he was happy to help. Running has been a necessity for Matt through out our marriage. He ran Cross Country in high school, and ran tons through his college years as well. He has run MANY races, so this 5K wasn't a big deal. Although, running in 95* heat... big deal!
