Another reason we were in California at this particular time! My cousin Alissa was sealed in the Newport Beach Temple, and it was a great sealing to be a part of. What a blessing it is to know of the things that go on in the temple and to have those sacred covenants made. It was a beautiful day in Orange County, California and we took full advantage of it all. After the sealing we headed to Huntington Beach to do a little shopping, and go see Mr. Popper's Penguins. Cute movie, but Daphne of course didn't sit through it.
Then we made our way to the church for the reception. Daphne disappeared for a bit, and was found in the parking lot of the church. SCARY!! Then her cousin Hannah took a turn. She however, was on the stage behind the curtains. We were all a bit frantic. It was a long and great day!
